Did you read my post on adding Spring Touches In The Kitchen last week? If you did, here’s my disclaimer for the yellowish pictures…they got on my last nerve!

I hope you looked beyond the pics and found some useful tips for adding springtime in the hub of your home. I don’t know what’s going on with my camera! Lately, my pictures have been coming out with a yellowish sheen, #drivingmecrazy!!! I pulled out my handy owners manual and made some adjustments to my camera then I photo shopped the pictures but nothing seemed to help so after a few choice words, I uploaded the images and pressed publish.

Hang in here with me, I’m working on the operator and the equipment but today, I’m in the bedroom and I’ve transitioned our master from winter to spring with the color white.

White sheets are a wonderful way to whisper spring in a bedroom. They create a crisp cool look for the warmer weather.
Coverlets are great for adding texture and layers to your bedding. I purchased my set which came with two throw pillows at Home Goods a few years ago.
Your home is a great place to shop first. I shopped my stash of linens and found a few pillows and this crotched table cloth which I draped over the settee at the foot of the bed.

Try the layering effect even on your floors. Adding this rug, broke up the wall to wall carpet and at $69.00, it was a steal.
Display cheerful accessories to lighten up the feel of your bedroom. I collect milk glass and I always find a spot to place a few pieces in my décor to add that pristine look that comes with the season.

*To keep your white sheets bright, Add a cup of vinegar to a sink of warm water with a capful of laundry detergent. Place the sheets in the water and allow them to soak overnight. Then wash the sheets like you regularly wash them. Change your bedding twice a week to keep them looking fresh.*
Enjoy!
