After a long day of work in the field, I came home to a surprise dinner prepared by my wonderful son, Aaron. The apple doesn’t fall too far from the tree. What a treat. Aaron has been cooking since high school. I often tell him, ” too much salt or seasoning but I have to admit this meal was perfect. He even took pictures throughout the process including prep and the final plating. I’m so pleased to know that I have inspired my son to create a simple meal with love. Here we have baked chicken with peppers and onions, green beans and potatoes and his favorite, mac and cheese.
