Peaches are by far my favorite fruit but strawberries have a place in on my palate heart too. You can make this recipe with your favorite fruit simply follow the same directions just add your favorite fruit and create a signature sorbet of your very own.

Why bother calling this a recipe, with only three ingredients it’s down right shameful. Let’s just call it a sweet secret!

Add 4 to 6 tablespoons of simple syrup, the juice of one lemon and blend until smooth. Pour sorbet into a plastic container cover and freeze overnight.
