I’m back y’all! I stepped away from the blog for a while and for good reason. I’m busy as a bee preparing for my first fall event and I have a big secret that I’m itching to share with you. What I can tell you is that it’s happening in October. This October to be exact! I’m pulling the last minute details together and you will be the first to see the surprise because I ‘ll be posting all the joy right here on the blog. I’ve also been working on the September line up of blog post so to say I’ve been “a busy bee” is an understatement. Let me start by saying Hello September!
I’m not ready to let go of summer but since I have no choice in the matter, I better get my act together with some fall decor and recipes. My coffee/tea station

Is first up for a fall refresh. I picked up a few items to welcome autumn in the coffee station but not before shopping my home for inspiration.

Once I gathered items from my stash, I headed out to find a few statement pieces to add to the space without breaking the bank. How about spending less than $20 bucks for some fall frenzy?! Refreshing your space for the season doesn’t have to cost an arm and leg.
I switched out my summer dishes for these transferware plates and cups. They add a fall touch to the space.

Milk glass is a great investment and can be used year round. I added this sugar and creamer set and used sugar cubes instead of granulated sugar (it’s all in the details.) This milk glass compote is perfect to hold K cups.

The Dollar Tree has tons of seasonal items to spruce up your fall decor. Aren’t these miniature spoons and forks super cute? Yep, their plastic and came from the Dollar Tree.

Don’t forget to add a few thrifted items to keep your decor budget friendly. A stop by my Goodwill,  yielded my latest Goodwill Goodie! This solid brass lamp with shade for $4.00. I spray painted the shade white, added some lightbulbs and fell in love with the look. This Dollar Tree felt pumpkin works perfectly as a placemat.

I’ve been collecting ironstone lately and the off white color adds a vintage look and feel to my coffee station. You know I love vintage everything! The happy harvest sign came from Goodwill.

This styrofoam glitzy pumpkin is apart of Walmart’s fall collection for only 97 cents. They have several to choose from but at this price, they’ll be gone in a flash!

I’ll be adding fall in a few other places around the house so come back for more.

Until next time,

Enjoy!
