Turn on the Christmas music, light the fireplace, and pour the vino…I’m all finished with my decorating! It feels so good to have the boxes emptied and put away. Now I can enjoy the spirit of the season. I’m not doing a ton of shopping this year.
All I want for Christmas is peace, joy and a whole lot of yum. I rushed

Right after Thanksgiving to prepare for the Merry and Bright Holiday Home Tour. This is my third year participating. If you are catching up, I posted here and here. Next week is our final tour so be sure and catch up this weekend because the finale will be spectacular!
Here is my little Christmas tree in my hot beverage station. She’s so perfect in size and glam.
I have a jumbo Christmas tree but trimming a 10 foot tree is not going to happen this year. Instead, I’ll just admire all my social media friend’s trees and smile at the thought of not having to put mine away.

I purchased this tree from Hobby Lobby in October. It was on sale for $17.00. No pre-lit lights of course but being so little, it was a snap to add a strand of lights. With some of our favorite ornaments and a simple topper, our tree came to life.

I added this linen tablecloth for the skirt then placed my collection of Fitz and Floyd ceramic gift boxes around the tree.
The boxes contain hot chocolate, marshmallows, cookies and candy. Our guest can help themselves to a hot beverage with sweets on top.
Until next time,
