Need a quick recipe for your New Year’s holiday bash?! Here’s a chocolate candy recipe that’s packed with peanuts and it’s easy peasy!
I found this recipe online and thought about making it but the original recipe calls for making the candy in a crock pot. That sounds good if you have hours to wait but I was in a hurry…as always so I opted to use my double broiler which only took a fraction of the time and yielded enough candy for a huge crowd. I also tweaked the recipe by adding more chocolate and nuts.
All you need is a few ingredients and a whole lot of mini cake cup liners because this recipe makes a ton of candy and it’s perfect for party favors and chocolate lovers.
Until next time,
Enjoy!
