After a few days of non-stop rain, we are ready for the sunshine and a weekend of Easter egg hunts, honey baked ham and all the blessings Easter represents. I still need to go to the market to get my ingredients for my cake and side dish, otherwise, I’m ready for the festivities to begin. I’ve been spring cleaning the house and refreshing several rooms for the spring and summer.

I started with our spring breakfast coffee station here. I pulled out my bunnies and added lots of bright colors. My home office was next with the addition of my latest thrift find here. Today, I’m sharing our master bedroom spring refresh with crisp white touches for a clean fresh feel.

I started with the settee at the end of our bed and replaced the fall/winter throw pillows with this small white one that I handmade last year along with this larger one from my pillow stash. I draped this snow white throw over the settee to add softness.

The bed is layered in white linens including sheets, a quilt and this light gray and white duvet. The duvet and shams have a touch of sunny yellow which picks up my vintage yellow telephone.

The fluffy down filled throw pillows atop our bed, add more layers and texture and I love the stitching and beading on this one so I bought two for the bed and one for our master bathroom which I will share in a future post.

I covered our lounge chair with this cream and white throw and added this euro sham for a great napping chair while attempting to watch TV.

I can’t believe these flowers are still so gorgeous after a week later. I received a beautiful bouquet from my niece for my birthday and they are still going strong.

I pulled this refresh together for less than $64.00 by simply adding a throw and some pillows I already owned coupled with a few new accessories from Home Goods. I’ve created a fresh space for the spring and summer without breaking the bank.
