Nothing says summer like a refreshing Banana Pudding. If you grew up on the scratch double boiler pudding your grandma used to make, you will be delighted to know this recipe calls for a few ingredients, easy assembly and no stove top stirring. I think this recipe is just as delicious without all the fuss. Make it the day before to allow the wafers to soften and the pudding to set. You can even make individual servings like I did here and place the remainder in a casserole dish for your dinner guest to take home. This makes a wonderful dessert on a hot summer day.

Enjoy,

MJ
