Are you looking for a couples two hour retreat for $10.00… just in time for Valentine’s Day? Well look no more. I have found the perfect afternoon date for you and your honey. For many years, The Fort Worth Botanic Gardens has been one of my favorite places to unwind, but today was my first tour of the Japanese Gardens.

I have thought about walking the gardens many times yet, I seem to always gravitate towards the Rose’s, which is where I’d planned to stroll this afternoon until I spotted the sign that pointed me in the direction of The Japanese Gardens and when I walked through the entry, I gasped at the amazing site ahead and to think I’ve been missing out on this natural beauty hidden behind a forest. The tour is $5.00 per adult and $3.00 for children and worth every penny. The garden is very romantic with lots of areas to sit, snuggle and steal kisses. Here is a peak of where I found peace and soup for my soul.
