#Broccolini and Kale
Since I’m celebrating my birthday week all week, I plan on eating lots of dessert so I thought I better coat my tummy with some greens and remove some of the guilt I’m experiencing right about now. I have a real sweet tooth thing going on 24/7 and I know I am weak when it comes to sugar that’s why I’m trying to be good by making sure I eat something healthy to offset the carbs.

This side dish is a mix of Broccolini and kale sautéed with a dash of salt and pepper. A no brainer to prepare and filled with antioxidants and vitamins to meet a full supply of guilt removal. You can sauté any green vegetable in the same way. What’s your favorite guilt remover?

Ingredients:
1 bunch kale leaves
1 bunch Broccolini
1 tomato sliced
1 avocado sliced
Dash of salt and pepper
1 tbs. olive oil
Directions:
Remove stems from kale and chop leaves. In a medium sauce pan heat olive oil on medium. Add kale and Broccolini. Toss vegetables to coat with oil. Cover and sauté until tender. Add a dash of salt and fresh cracked pepper. Be careful not to over salt. Place in a serving dish and top with tomatoes and avocado. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
