This chicken salad is easy sneezy because cooking the chicken is someone else’s job, not yours. Swing by SAMs, Costco or any establishment selling rotisserie chicken. Grab one for dinner and use the left overs for this chicken salad.
Tip: Serve with crackers or on a croissant.

Ingredients:
2 cups of diced rotisserie chicken (I used the breast meat)
10-12 grapes sliced in half
2 tbs. Finley chopped red onions
Handful chopped pecans
1 stalk celery diced
Dash of salt and pepper
1/8 tsp. poultry seasoning
Dash of paprika
3-4 tbs. Mayo
Directions:
Place first eight ingredients in a medium mixing bowl. Add mayo and mix well. Transfer to a serving dish.
