Hey Y’all, I’m checking in from Sunny San Diego. I didn’t know what to pack so I have a suitcase full of winter, spring, summer and fall. The weather is wonderful with sunny skies but the classrooms feel like the North Pole. Since I’m away from my closet, I took these pics before leaving for the airport.

I’m wearing a casual outfit for travel and comfort. I’ve been admiring the jeans I see everyone wearing with raggedy holes but when I checked out the prices, I nearly had a heart attack! What????

Jeans with holes and loose threads for $$$$? Uh; No. Instead, I made a stop by ole fateful; Goodwill and found this pair for $7.98. Of course they are too long for me so I rolled them up which is also the latest style.

I have on a tee from Walmart I purchased last summer and I layered it with a toasty sweater I’ve worn before. I’m always cold on the plane so layering is a must for me when I travel. I purposely wore these clogs to go through security. They are so comfy. I’ve had them for years and I don’t care if they aren’t in style anymore. It’s called “old lady comfort.” 

I wish I had given the same forethought to my arm candy because I kept setting off the security alarm. Oh well, you know I love my jewelry and I don’t leave home without lots of jingle.
