What a week!!! Whew, can we all yell FRIDAY! In unison? This has been a week of driving around the metroplex in pouring rain, tornado warnings and flash floods. I just want to curl up on the sofa and chill. What are your plans for the weekend? The hubs and I celebrated our silver wedding anniversary earlier this week. 25 years together is truly a blessing from God. Well, actually we plan to celebrate this weekend starting today with a couples spa retreat.

I can’t wait to share all the fun with you. We never have an uneventful time together so I’m looking forward to the crazies. With all the gloomy days we’ve been having lately, I thought we all could use some inspiration for creating a little spring in our spaces. First, head to your local grocery store and grab a few bunches of spring flowers.

Trader Joe’s has great prices and a huge variety to choose from. Fill your vases with an assortment of color and place them in areas for you to enjoy.

Bunnies are a sweet touch. Thrift stores have their spring decor at great prices. Don’t overdo it, a bunny here and there will welcome spring in your space. #springdecor#ceramicbunny#easterdecor#tablesettings#springdecor

Blue and white decor is another fresh look that’s uplifting. Group your blue and white together for more impact.

What is springtime without eggs, especially the cheap plastic ones? The kiddos love them filled with chocolate and treats. #springdecor#easterdecor#springdecor#springdecor#speckledeggwreath#springdecor#springwreath#paperlanterns#springdecor
Have a wonderful weekend.
