I hope you are having a fantastic Good Friday. I’m sure you are making preparations for your Easter celebration. Me too. Thank you so much for the unbelievable comments you made about the spring tablescape post. I am so overjoyed that you found it to be inspiring. Today, I’m sharing a no cost and I mean “zilch ducats” for creating a be- u- ti- ful floral arrangement without leaving your house. 

First, grab your clippers, a basket and head outside. Walk around your yard or your neighbors (be sure to ask first; I wouldn’t want to be sued for this advise) and cut flowers, branches, leaves, hedges and anything blooming.
Use a wide container and fill it with enough water to cover the stems of your clippings. If you have a frog (used for standing flowers vertical) or florist foam, place it in the container.


Start with the larger clippings and fill in the empty spaces with greenery and smaller flowers. Be sure to remove the leaves that will touch the water. This will keep the flowers fresh, longer.

Tada! You did it. Now place this masterpiece where you can enjoy its beauty.
