For all the Daddy’s,  I hope your special day was filled with ties! Okay, chuckles! I hope you had a wonderful day. Aaron, fixed all of his dad’s favorite dishes, well not all, that would take days but he prepared a meal fit for a king and I ate like a queen. I also had time to post this blog for these delicious Orange Glazed Citrus Hens, a recipe from my creative spirit. Cornish Hens are one of my favorite meals to prepare. I have to remind myself how easy they are and they are always a hit with my family. The hubs prepared Cornish Hens in this hilarious video here. Keep some Cornish Hens in your freezer for a quick meal that looks fancy and taste even fancier.
