I can’t believe my belly is so satisfied and I don’t find myself dreaming of a donut before lunch time. I add my favorite fruit and if I’m feeling like a real health nut, I’ll add fresh spinach or kale.

Ingredients

  • 8-10 fresh strawberries
  • ¼ cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 scoop vanilla green and protein powder
  • 1 heaping tablespoon flax chia seed mix
  • Cold water to max level on cup
  • Crushed ice

Instructions

  1. Removed stem from strawberries. Add ingredients to small size Nutri Bullet blending cup. Blend until smoothie consistency.
