the idea of getting greens and protein in a delicious and refreshing shake.
Just imagine 2 servings of greens and a full serving of protein without turning on your stove. I make a smoothie for my breakfast and I’m good to go. I can’t believe my belly is so satisfied and I don’t find myself dreaming of a donut before lunch time. I add my favorite fruit and if I’m feeling like a real health nut, I’ll add fresh spinach or kale.

Ingredients
- 8-10 fresh strawberries
- ¼ cup fresh blueberries
- 1 scoop vanilla green and protein powder
- 1 heaping tablespoon flax chia seed mix
- Cold water to max level on cup
- Crushed ice
Instructions
- Removed stem from strawberries. Add ingredients to small size Nutri Bullet blending cup. Blend until smoothie consistency.
