This is the weekend for my Southern Bloggers Forum and Friends trip to the Texas Hill Country. We will be visiting the famous Round Top Antiques Fair, The Silos in Waco, TX and every thrift store in between here and the wild Bluebonnet Hill Country. I am ending my Magical March with my love for travel. This is my

3rd time going on this journey and every year it gets even better. The first year, I went with the hubby and you can read about our crazy adventuresome road trip here, here and here. Last year I went with these crazy-wild women. It was freezing rain and we still had a ball so I know with sunny skies and nice temperatures, we may never come. #guestbathessentials
I’ll be hosting out of town guest this weekend so I created a spa retreat in my guest bath with all the pampering I could muster up. I love for my guest to feel the comfort of home without all the fuss.
Creating a spa retreat is easy and takes only a few essentials for that feeling of super duper relaxation. Here are a few tips for your spa-a-way at home.

Set out white fluffy towels for your guest to use. Fill a basket or bowl with toiletries just in case your guest forget to pack their personals…(toothbrush, paste, mouthwash, deodorant and bath items.)

Place bath salts in a lovely container, for a nice hot soak in the tub.

Add feminine hygiene products in a cute bag and pain medication just in case they are feeling achy. (be sure the pain medicine is put away when children are visiting.) I like to add makeup and nail polish remover and a mini sewing kit.

A personal coffee bar with tea and coffee fixins for a private morning sip, is a nice gesture.

These are just a few items to make your guest feel special. It’s all in the details!
Have a great weekend and be sure to follow me on Instagram because I’ll be posting lots of inspiration.

Enjoy!
