Ingredients:

1 package of Golden Oreo’s (or any other sandwich cookie of your choice)

1 package of cream cheese (room temperature)

1 bar Almond Bark (white chocolate)

1 bar Almond Bark (chocolate)

Directions:

Take the cookies, break them into pieces then place them in your food processor. Cut the cream cheese in four sections and add them to the cookies.  Pulsate the cookies until they blend together to resemble cookie dough. Use a cookie scoop (I used a medium size but a small one works fine). Drop the dough in your hands and roll them into a ball. Place them on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Place the pan in the refrigerator for about 45 minutes, to firm up.

Melt the white almond bark in a double boiler. Stick a toothpick in the ball and dip each ball in the chocolate, making sure you coat ball completely. Place the ball back on the parchment paper. Melt the chocolate bark in the same manner. Dip a fork in the melted chocolate and drizzle over the top of the balls. Refrigerate overnight.

You can double your recipe if you have a large crowd. You can also use a single pot to melt your chocolate. Make sure you keep an eye on your pot so you will not scorch your chocolate.
