Friends, my computer quit working last Thursday so I’m sure you know how bent outta shape I’ve been all weekend! I am not computer savvy so I had to turn the repairs over to the experts aka my administrator who informed me that the repair could take up to 48 hours! I was so bombed because blogging would be band for at least the next two days. Feeling frustrated, I turned off my computer and focused on having a great weekend in spite of that old mean computer.

For those of you who have big plans of throwing your favorite Mom a Mother’s Day brunch, I’ve got the perfect punch recipe that will have your guest begging for another cup. How can you go wrong with only three ingredients to refreshing greatness?!

Chill all the ingredients in the fridge and add the ice ring to the final mix for the most delicious punch for any party.

Refreshing Easy Peasy Citrus Punch

Ingredients

  • 5 fresh strawberries; stem removed and sliced
  • ½ cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 navel orange sliced
  • 2 64 fl oz. White grape juice
  • 2 46 fl oz. Pineapple juice
  • 2 2 liter ginger ale

Instructions

  1. Chill all ingredients prior to mixing the punch.
  2. Ice Ring
  3. Fill Bundt cake pan ¾ way with half white grape juice and half pineapple juice. Add blueberries and strawberries. Cover and place in freezer to freeze overnight. Remove ice ring from the freezer and run warm water over the back of the pan to release the ring. Place ring in punch bowl and fill bowl with 2 liter ginger ale, 1 can of pineapple juice and 1 container of white grape juice. Add the remaining pineapple and grape juice left over from making the ring.
  4. Add second liter of Ginger Ale as needed to refill the punch. Garnish with orange slices.

Notes

Freeze ice ring overnight.
