Travel 96 miles south of Dallas, TX on I35 and you will arrive in Waco, TX, home of  Baylor University and HGTV’s hit show, Fixer Upper hosted by Joanna and Chip Gaines. This union is a designer duo made in heaven. Chips, ability to handle every tool in the box and Joanna’s dynamic design style, birthed the master mind behind three successful businesses including Magnolia Boutique, Magnolia Homes and Magnolia Realty.
The boutique is located in a renovated adorable bungalow right in the heart of this quaint little town and it seems I’m not the only one making a beehive to Magnolia’s Boutique by the crowd standing outside the place waiting for a little elbow room to shop. I was giddy just trying to find a park so I could get my retail therapy on. This vintage jewel is about 400 square feet, stocked with unique finds including shabby chic, industrial, country and local artist handmade items.

I could hardly shop for taking pics of my favorite finds. If you eye a treasure in some other lucky shopper’s possession, ask the staff if there’s more in the back, they have plenty of extra stock on hand. Here are some of my favorites and one’s I think you will love too.
