Welcome to my first Goodwill Haul Goodies in 2017. Can you believe I didn’t shop Goodwill or thrift my favorite stores anytime during the holidays! I simply did not have time and I’ve been suffering from “thrift-store-I-tis” as a result.
I love vintage trinkets for displaying jewelry and whatnots and I’m a sucker for milk glass so the first chance I got to doctor on my withdrawal symptoms, I ventured out to my favorite places in search of some happy.
My first stop was “My Goodwill” store. I claim this store as mine and I dare share it’s exact location for fear of like mind thrifter’s beating me to the bargains! I was so excited to get my happy on that I didn’t even grab a cart. I love to check out the furniture section then sprint over to the collectibles in search of the ultimate bargain and look what I found…this gorgeous milk glass bowl and saucer! It’s cute as apple pie, hobnail and only $2.49, oh my!
Can you say SCORE! This was all I needed to ignite my energy at my next stop, one of my favorite antique stores. This was my lucky day!
Several dealers were having a 50% off sale, “just for me.” 🙂 I found these charmers in different booths, for a total of $10 bucks! They are going in my closet to showcase jewelry and tchotchkes. I just love the pure hunt of finding a bargain.
