Welcome back to more Wednesday’s Closet Tips! We are almost at the halfway mark in June and the weather is still very nice. I guess it’s my love for warm weather that has me thinking this way. I’m sure some folks are wishing for winter already and summer is still not official.
Here are my tips on keeping cool this summer and they really work.

(1) Keep a hand fan in your pocketbook for those unplanned hot flashes.(2) Make a big pitcher of fruit infused water and keep it in your fridge to sip on throughout the day (3) Wear clothing that’s bright and light in color and texture.

Today, I’m wearing this breezy embroidered India inspired tunic I scored at Goodwill a few years ago. The color reminds me of a clear blue summer sky with fluffy clouds. Every woman/man needs a pair of white jeans with “stretchability” like the ones I’m wearing today.

I’m not crazy about white sandals because they lack glitz and glam so when I found this pair with silver adornments, I was excited. They have just enough white to be called white sandals.
