I’ve been waiting on this weekend for months and it’s finally here! We are headed to the Springs! Hot Springs, AR. The last time I visited Hot Springs was ages ago with a group of girlfriends. We had so much fun relaxing and pampering ourselves at the bath houses.

This is the plan for this trip. I don’t wanna do anything other than eat and relax. Disclaimer-you know I have to make sure I don’t leave any thrift “scores” behind in Hot Springs so a little “junkin” is always in order. I hope to find more milk glass vases for my Knockout Roses.

My bushes are bursting with blossoms. Seriously, we cut these bushes back to barebones at the first part of Spring. Can you believe how much they’ve grown?!

I love Knockout Roses! They grow like wildflower, you can’t kill them if you tried and they play double duty as a beautiful bush, outside and a spectacular fragrant bouquet, inside. I love to fill several vases and place them all around the house. Fresh free flowers, you can’t beat it!

Cut several main stems for a vibrant bouquet.

Ouch! Remove the leaves near the bottom of the stem. Be careful the thorns are deadly!

Fill a vase with fresh cool water and place the stems in the vase. The leaves and blossoms will be the filler and help the bouquet to form into a beautiful arrangement.

Enjoy!
