I’m back with more Wednesday’s Closet Tips on how to style a skirt two ways. After I re-designed my closet and transformed it into a French vintage boutique, I promised myself that I would keep my closet neat and purge every quarter.
I love pretending to be shopping when I’m deciding on what my OOTD will be. This leopard print skirt was on it’s way out until I had the genius idea of wearing it as a tunic!
I didn’t like the length of the skirt anymore so I hadn’t worn it in a while but when I pulled it up over my girlies, this skirt landed back in my closet lineup.
This skirt has an elastic waist and that’s what you will need in order to pull this look, off. I’m wearing a tank top underneath. I love how it’s longer in the back and the fabric has movement which makes it whimsical.
I added a pair of ponte straight leg pants. This look would also be cute with flare legs or jeans. Every lady needs a blue jean jacket in her wardrobe and this one is perfect for a casual yet conformed look.
I’m wearing my $19 camel suede sandals I snagged at Dillard’s 75% off sale last month.
I added this tiger eye statement ring and earrings since I’m going for an exotic look.
I started to add my leopard print pocketbook but decided that was an over kill. #whoa! I’m loving this casual but stylish mixed and matched look. Have a great day y’all!
Until next time,
Enjoy!
